The Science Camp of America Scholarship Fund provides full and partial scholarships primarily on the basis of financial need. The applicant's responses to questions on the application and letters of recommendation are also considered. Scholarship funds are limited so we recommend applying early, using the link below. Typically, scholarships are awarded in late March. If funds are still available, additional scholarships may be awarded in May. Scholarships will be awarded by the Science Camps of America Scholarship Committee based upon criteria specified by the Board of Directors.
We also recommend that applicants register for the Science Camp session of their choice at the same time that they apply for a scholarship to ensure a space is available if they do receive the scholarship. The $375 deposit, required at time of registration, will be refunded in the event a scholarship is not awarded, or anytime upon request before May 25th.
